The second film screening of the "Greek Cinema" series organized by the Livorno Philhellenic Association "Borgo dei Greci." Following the screening of "Zorba the Greek," the association, chaired by Umberto Cini, has scheduled a screening of "Never on Sunday" in collaboration with the Dopolavoro Filellenico Association of Taranto.
The 1960 film starring Melina Mercuri and her husband, American director Jules Dassin, will be screened in an Italian-dubbed version on Friday, 27th of March 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Circolo ARCI S. Jacopo, with an introduction by the president of the Dopolavoro Filellenico Association, Giancarlo Antonucci.
